SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Ravi Pratap Singh, your trusted destination for high-quality men’s and women’s apparel. We are based in Mumbai, India, and proudly ship our products across India and to most international destinations.

This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders, what to expect in terms of delivery timeframes and costs, and what actions to take in case of shipping issues.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. Once processed, your order will be handed over to one of our trusted courier partners for dispatch.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during those times will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines:

We offer both standard and express delivery services domestically, and standard international shipping to eligible countries.

Domestic Shipping (Pan India)​

  • Standard Shipping 4–5 business days  ₹40

  • Express Shipping 2–3 business days ₹80

  • Free Shipping 4–5 business days  Free on orders above ₹1,999

Note: Express shipping cannot be selected for remote areas or PO box addresses.

International Shipping

  • Standard Shipping Estimated 10 business days ₹120

Important: Actual international delivery times may vary due to trade tariffs, customs clearance, and local courier processes. In some cases, delivery may take 20–28 days. Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Shipping Partners:

To ensure fast and secure deliveries, we work with reliable courier services including:

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • ExpressBees

  • Ekart

  • Delhivery

For international shipping, we may use regional or global logistics partners depending on destination country and service availability.

Restricted Shipping Destinations:

Due to logistical or geopolitical limitations, we do not currently ship to the following countries:

  • Russia

  • Iran

  • Belarus

  • Ukraine

  • Kosovo

  • Cambodia

If you place an order to any of these locations, it will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Order Tracking:

After your order has been reviewed and confirmed by our internal team, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your tracking ID and order details

  • Access to real-time tracking updates in the ‘My Orders’ section on our website

If you haven’t received a tracking ID within 48 hours of order placement, please contact us at [Your Customer Support Email or Contact Form].

Address Modifications After Placing an Order:

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please reach out immediately using any of the following:

  • Email support

  • Live chat on our website

  • Customer inquiry form

 

We can only update addresses before the order is shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, we will do our best to help you find a suitable solution, though re-routing or address changes are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages:

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or external circumstances.

We consider a shipment delayed or potentially lost under the following conditions:

  • No tracking activity for more than 3 business days after generating the shipping label

  • No new tracking updates for over 7 days (domestic) or 14 days (international)

  • Transit time significantly exceeds our quoted delivery window:

    • India: beyond 6 business days

    • International: beyond 28 days

In such cases, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the courier and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders):

All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These fees are not included in your shipping cost.

  • Ravi Pratap Singh is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during or after shipping.

  • Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for more information before placing an order.

 

Note: If duties or taxes are unpaid, your package may be returned to us or destroyed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Payment Methods & Gateway:

We currently support a wide range of secure online payment options through Razorpay , including:

  • UPI apps: GPay,  PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Cred, Amazon Pay

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Payment Wallets

 

At this time, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
