Return & Exchange Eligibility:
You must notify our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange request. After this window, we may be unable to accept your request.

Final Sale Items:
Some items are marked final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly labeled as such on their product pages.
Please carefully review product descriptions before purchase, especially for clearance, discount, or seasonal items.

Returns – Conditions & Refunds:
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in like-new condition

Item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, or inserts

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
If eligible, we will issue a full refund of the product price, including any applicable sales taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. Items returned without explanation may be deemed ineligible for a refund.

Exchanges – Easy & Free:
We offer free exchanges under the following guidelines:

Exchange is for a product of equal or lesser value

If you request a higher-value product, you will be required to pay the price difference before dispatch

If your requested item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
Exchanged items will be shipped free of charge to the same address as your previous order, unless a new address is provided.

Return Condition Requirements:
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

The product must be in unused, unwashed, and resellable condition

All original packaging (tags, boxes, inserts) must be included

Items should be securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit
If a returned item is found to be damaged, used, or missing components, the return may be rejected. In this case, you may opt to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense. If not claimed within 7 days, we reserve the right to recycle or dispose of the item.

Return Processing Time:
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, our team will process your request within 24 business hours (excluding holidays and weekends).

Refunds generally reflect in your original payment method within 2–3 business days after processing.

Please note that delays may occur on the bank’s side, which are beyond our control.

International Returns & Duties:
We do accept international returns, subject to the same eligibility and timeline rules.
However, please note:

Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable

If any taxes/duties were collected upon delivery, you must request a refund from your local customs bureau
